Perfect Location for Tourism, Proximity to Public Transport, High Standard of Cleanliness
Inconsistent room cleaning every three days!!! The lack of a hot kettle in rooms makes enjoying tea and coffee inconvenient!!! A few minor repairs could.

This hip new hotel is equal to 3 stars. Tastefully decorated, great-sized room complete with a terrace with Galata Bridge view, a great view plus bedside tables. The location is perfect and magnificent, 1 mile from an enormous palace.

The hotel is located in the middle of Sultanamet. You can walk to every site... The Blue Mosque, the Grand Bazar, etc.
We had the worst room of the hotel... Located on the main floor next to the dining area (small dining room). There was mildew in the bathroom of our room. The lobby of the hotel is so small you barely have room to sit. The breakfast buffet was the poorest we've seen during our stay in Turkey.

The staff were excellent and kept the place fairly clean. The vibe here was family. Had opportunity to use wake up calls at no cost. The hotel had an unbeatable and excellent location, about 10 minutes' walk from the city centre. There was a good restaurant, shopping streets and a bazaar next door.

Just a good pick for taking strolls in Istanbul with extraordinarily good value for money. The staff provided a warm welcome and helped with directions to nearby attractions. Bring some snacks for late-night cravings since the mini-bar is a bit limited.

Good hotel, close to tourist attractions, the personnel was very nice, the room was clean and ok as value for money. The hotel restaurant (near the hotel) was very good as compared to other restaurants in the area - we strongly recommend it.
the bathroom was small but manageable; some rooms are kind of small and without balcony and with a small window (but I noticed that most of the hotels in the Sultanahmet area are small, the buildings are crowded and have rooms without balcony, so it might be a specific of the area).

The staff at Sirkeci Quietness Hotel were attentive, ensuring a comfortable stay throughout our visit.
One downside was the lack of variety in the breakfast options. After a few days, it became a bit repetitive.

This Galata Hotel is fantastic! A welcomed retreat after the busy streets of Istanbul. The staff are extremely helpful and very friendly, they helped us with everything and nothing was too much trouble. The rooms (and beds) are comfortable and clean. Great hotel. We will stay there again when we return. Worth the price.
Absolutely nothing to do with the hotel, but if you are looking to sample good Turkish food, do not eat in the surrounding streets, the food is overpriced and tasteless. Go over the bridge Or underneath.

We enjoyed our stay with my mum and kids. The place is close to amazing spots like the Galata Tower, and our room was bright and cheerful. The staff genuinely, especially during breakfast when it seemed like home.
In my wife's opinion, a children's play area would be great.
